GALA releases updated edition of guide to Privacy Laws related to Advertising and Marketing

The Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (“GALA”) just announced the release of the third edition of its comprehensive three-volume set, Privacy Law: A Global Legal Perspective on Data Protection Relating to Advertising & Marketing. Spanning more than 1,000 pages, the guide offers an in-depth look at how privacy and data protection laws impact advertising and marketing in 79 countries.

Greek chapter of the guide was drafted by our privacy team at A. & K. Metaxopoulos and Partners Law Firm (GALA member for Greece).

The third edition includes significant updates to privacy laws that have evolved since the book’s original publication in 2020 and its second edition in 2022 and provides detailed insights into compliance with privacy regulations in the European Union.
