Processing of personal data
You are not obliged to provide any personal information when you visit this site. However, if you choose to contact us through the “Contact Form” or otherwise, such as with an e-mail, and provide us with personal information, we will receive and store that information, which may include your full name, e-mail address, telephone number and other information that you may you provide us with. You may also send us your Curriculum Vitae (CV), that we will also collect and story, which will also include information such as your education and work experience as well as any other data you deem necessary.
The personal data collected are stored by our Firm only for the period of time that is necessary in relation to the purpose for which they are held. Regarding, in particular, CVs, these will not be kept for a period longer than six (6) months, after which, if you wish, we would ask you to send us your updated CV. In any case, we ask you to inform us about any change in your personal data, so your information can always be accurate for the time period that we keep it.
Your personal data will be stored and used for the purposes of providing our professional services, searching and selecting candidates for possible job vacancies, as well as safeguarding our legitimate interests. In addition, if you consent to this, they may be used to communicate with you via email or otherwise, so that you receive news and updates from our Firm.
Security of processing
Our Firm takes the appropriate measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your personal data. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to ensure appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental or unlawful loss, destruction or damage. It is also ensured that any natural person acting under the supervision of our Firm who has access to personal data does not process them except on instructions from the Firm and is obliged to protect their security and confidentiality.
Subject to the limitations and exceptions contained in Greek and European legislation and in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the following rights regarding your personal data collected by our Firm:
Right of access: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and to receive a copy of the personal data undergoing processing.
Right to rectification: You have the right to request that inaccurate or incomplete personal data be corrected or completed.
Right to erasure: You have the right to request the erasure of personal data.
Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
Right to object: You have the right to object to processing of personal data concerning you.
Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit or request the transmittance of those data to another controller, where technically feasible.
Right to withdraw consent: In case the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: If you believe that our processing of your personal data is inconsistent with applicable law, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.
