Κορυφαία εμπειρία στο χώρο της πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας για την Εταιρία μας (υπό την προγενέστερη μορφή της ως «Δικηγορικό Γραφείο Α. Μεταξόπουλου») υπήρξε η συμμετοχή μας στην έκδοση των NASDAQ/Morgan Stanley με τίτλο «BUILDING AND ENFORCING IP VALUE: AN INTERNATIONAL GUIDE FOR THE BOARDROOM» (2002/3).

β. APCIMS

Επίσης, εξαιρετική εμπειρία για την Εταιρία μας ως μέλος της Διευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης Δικηγορικών Γραφείων «TELFA», υπήρξε η συμμετοχή μας στη συγκριτική νομική μελέτη με τίτλο «APCIMS-EASD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE – SHAREHOLDERS RIGHTS – A LEGAL COMPARISON – COMPILED BY TELFA», αναφορικά με τα δικαιώματα των μετόχων, όπως αυτά οριοθετούνται στις επιμέρους δικαιοδοσίες των κρατών – μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Η συγκεκριμένη μελέτη έχει ήδη αναρτηθεί στον οικείο διαδικτυακό τόπο του APCIMS όπου έχουν ήδη σημειωθεί χιλιάδες επισκέψεις.

γ. ΚΙΝΑ

Η εταιρία μας συνεισέφερε επίσης το Ελληνικό Κεφάλαιο στη συγκριτική μελέτη ΕΕ-Κίνας σχετικά με τη νομοθεσία περί δικαιωμάτων πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας με τον τίτλο “Η νομοθεσία προστασίας των δικαιωμάτων πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας και η επιβολή της στην ΕΕ και την Κίνα” που εκπονήθηκε με τη βοήθεια της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και δημοσιεύτηκε το Δεκέμβριο του 2005.
